Pend Oreille Shores Resort

The Annual Meeting for 2022 will be held on Saturday, October 1st at 10:00am in the Activities Center at the Resort.

The meeting usually covers the improvements over the last year, exchange company information and updates on ongoing issues.

The content of the Annual Meeting is always summarized in the Fall/Winter Newsletter; so if you are unable to attend the meeting in per-son, you can catch up on all the news by reading the Fall/Winter Newsletter (you can also access it online in the Owners section of our website). The weekly Owners’ meetings are yet anoth-er way of keeping up on what’s happen-ing.

As mentioned last year, because of the staggered 5 year term schedules of the Board Members, the next two years will not have any Board positions open to vote on at the Annual Meeting. Board Members volunteer their time and receive no monetary compensation for their participation.
